The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious, perfect for my large family. The staff, especially Priya, was incredibly helpful in guiding us to nearby family-friendly attractions and even provided extra bedding for the babies!

In my wife’s opinion, the check-out time could be later to accommodate families with young children.

Had to grab our stuff fast after a roach fell on my sister's purse. One of our relatives even laughed at us when we told them where we were staying.

It wasn't cheap but honestly worth every penny I won't get back.

We stayed for a night and it was pretty good. The room was clean, and comfy, and checking in was a breeze. Priya at the front desk gave us awesome tips about local food spots which made our stay even better! Only bummer was that the bathroom light was flickering a bit, but overall, we had a nice little getaway.

In addition, the second-floor room was subject to constant noise, from kids running around to music blaring until late at night. Issues like a malfunctioning sink light and an unclean bathroom setup added to the unsatisfactory experience. The overall cleanliness was questionable, with reports of moldy smells and roaches infesting the premises. Finally, a lack of responsive communication was a hassle when needing assistance.
